Unii dintre ei au fost ani de zile la psiholog \u0219i nu au reu\u0219it s\u0103 treac\u0103 peste problema lor, al\u021bii sunt umplu\u021bi peste m\u0103sur\u0103 cu antidepresive oferite de c\u0103tre psihiatri \u0219i supravie\u021buiesc \u00eentr-o stare zombificat\u0103, \u00een care se t\u00e2r\u0103sc de la o zi la alta, f\u0103r\u0103 nici cea mai mic\u0103 urma de via\u021b\u0103, de speran\u021ba, de satisfac\u021bie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cemi pare r\u0103u pentru ace\u0219ti oameni, \u0219tiu cum se simt, am fost \u0219i eu acolo, \u00een\u021beleg ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 lunile lipsite de somn, durerile de cap, frica constant\u0103 c\u0103 \u00eemi voi pierde controlul \u0219i voi face ceva nes\u0103buit, la lucru sau la metrou.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cemi sunt dragi \u00een suferin\u021ba lor, le ascult cu drag povestea suferin\u021bei lor, \u0219i apoi le adresez urm\u0103toarea \u00eentrebare: Ce este anxietatea?<\/p>\n<p>Ce este anxietatea?<\/p>\n<p>Sut\u0103 la sut\u0103 dintre ei nu pot s\u0103 \u00eemi r\u0103spund\u0103. C\u00e2t de ciudat este asta? Au mers la psiholog, au luat pastile de la psihiatru, sufer\u0103 \u00een continuare de anxietate \u0219i dup\u0103 ani de terapie, \u00eenc\u0103 nu au informa\u021bia necesar\u0103 nici m\u0103car s\u0103 explice de ce sufer\u0103. Poate cineva s\u0103 rezolve o problem\u0103 dac\u0103 nici m\u0103car nu poate s\u0103 explice care este problema? Cu siguran\u021b\u0103 nu. Atunci, hai s\u0103 vedem chiar de la \u00eenceput ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 anxietatea.<\/p>\n<p>Pornim de la simptome \u2013 cum se simte \u00een corp stimata doamn\u0103? Probabil vei spune ca sim\u021bi urm\u0103toarele: durere \u00een piept, gura uscat\u0103, stomacul str\u00e2ns, mu\u0219chii \u00eencorda\u021bi \u2013 te doare spatele, te sim\u021bi \u00een\u021bepenit\/\u0103, transpiri, dar \u00een acela\u0219i timp sim\u021bi \u0219i frig. Tremuri f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 \u0219tii de ce, poate hiperventilezi, adic\u0103 respiri foarte repede \u0219i parc\u0103 nu ai aer. \u00ce\u021bi sun\u0103 cunoscute aceste exprim\u0103ri \u00een corp ale anxiet\u0103\u021bii, nu-i a\u0219a?<\/p>\n<p>Dar mintea, cum te sim\u021bi psihic? Parc\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi vine s\u0103 fugi, s\u0103 evadezi din situa\u021bie, parc\u0103 sim\u021bi c\u0103 ceva r\u0103u se va \u00eent\u00e2mpla \u0219i vrei s\u0103 alergi, s\u0103 scapi cu via\u021b\u0103. Sim\u021bi c\u0103 nu po\u021bi s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi controlezi g\u00e2ndurile, ai o stare de nelini\u0219te, de agita\u021bie.<\/p>\n<p>Sun\u0103 \u00eengrozitor, parc\u0103 este o boal\u0103, sau mai r\u0103u, parc\u0103 e\u0219ti posedat\/\u0103 de un spirit, la r\u00e2ndul s\u0103u confuz. Acestea erau explica\u021biile \u00een trecut \u0219i care \u00eenc\u0103 mai apar la televizor, dar explica\u021bia real\u0103 este de o mie de ori mai simpl\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Imagineaz\u0103-\u021bi c\u0103 tr\u0103ie\u0219ti acum mii de ani, \u00eentr-un trib, \u00een savan\u0103. \u00cen societatea de v\u00e2n\u0103tor-culeg\u0103tor de atunci, ie\u0219i s\u0103 aduni hran\u0103, la v\u00e2n\u0103toare. \u00cempreun\u0103 cu c\u00e2\u021biva colegi din tribul t\u0103u, a\u021bi ochit un grup de zebre care vor asigura hrana c\u00e2teva s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni bune \u00eentregii voastre societ\u0103\u021bi. Te apropii \u00eencet de animale, \u00ee\u021bi preg\u0103te\u0219ti arcul, oche\u0219ti zebra, \u00eencordezi arcul, \u0219i chiar c\u00e2nd s\u0103 eliberezi s\u0103geata ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103? Cineva te atinge pe spate \u2013 cine este? Este un leu! Din v\u00e2n\u0103tor, tocmai ai devenit prad\u0103! Ce sim\u021bi, ce faci?<\/p>\n<p>Probabil nu ai timp s\u0103 te autoanalizezi ce g\u00e2nduri \u0219i emo\u021bii \u00ee\u021bi trec prin minte \u2013 ce faci este s\u0103 o iei la fug\u0103. Sau s\u0103 te ba\u021bi cu leul. Decizia de fug\u0103 sau b\u0103taie, nu o iei tu con\u0219tient, ci este luat\u0103 de c\u0103tre creier la nivel incon\u0219tient. Creierul m\u0103soar\u0103 \u00eentr-o frac\u021biune de secund\u0103 \u0219ansele tale de supravie\u021buire dac\u0103 hot\u0103r\u0103\u0219ti s\u0103 fugi, poate c\u0103tre un copac sau grot\u0103, respectiv dac\u0103 te ba\u021bi cu leul. Totul se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00eentr-o clipit\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 ca tu s\u0103 fii con\u0219tient\/\u0103 de acest proces \u2013 scopul este supravie\u021buirea ta, scopul nu este s\u0103 fii tu la curent cu ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00een moment.<\/p>\n<p>Fie c\u0103 domnul Creier alege ca tu s\u0103 fugi sau s\u0103 te lup\u021bi, el va realoca resurse c\u0103tre acel proces. Ce ai nevoie ca s\u0103 fugi sau s\u0103 te ba\u021bi? Ai nevoie de putere, deci va direc\u021biona resurse c\u0103tre mu\u0219chi (se vor \u00eencorda), resurse pe care le ia din zonele care nu sunt importante s\u0103 func\u021bioneze \u00een acel moment.<\/p>\n<p>De exemplu, mu\u0219chii te ajuta la supravie\u021buire, dar circula\u021bia sanguin\u0103 nu este eficient\u0103 la extremit\u0103\u021bile corpului (degete, urechi) c\u00e2nd fugi sau te ba\u021bi cu leul. Inima \u00ee\u021bi bate tare, pompeaz\u0103 s\u00e2nge, sim\u021bi c\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi explodeaz\u0103 din piept. \u00cen acela\u0219i timp, nu este nevoie sau ar fi chiar contra indicat ca sistemul digestiv s\u0103 func\u021bioneze \u00een timp ce tu \u00eencerci s\u0103 scapi cu via\u021b\u0103. Inima func\u021bioneaz\u0103 la maxim, respira\u021bia este rapid\u0103, iar sistemele digestiv \u0219i imunitar sunt puse pe pauz\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Exist\u0103 deci dou\u0103 moduri \u00een care corpul t\u0103u func\u021bioneaz\u0103: modul de supravie\u021buire (fug\u0103 sau b\u0103taie) \u00een care resursele sunt redirec\u021bionate c\u0103tre \u00eencle\u0219tarea mu\u0219chilor, ritmul accelerat al inimii, respira\u021bie superficial\u0103 rapid\u0103. \u00cen acest mod, sistemele imunitar, digestiv, de reparare \u0219i de reproducere sunt puse pe pauz\u0103, de aceea experimentezi: durere de stomac, diaree sau constipa\u021bie, \u00eemboln\u0103viri mai dese, recuperare mai lent\u0103 la nivel de corp, lips\u0103 de dorin\u021b\u0103 sexual\u0103 sau erec\u021bie.<\/p>\n<p>Modul opus celui de supravie\u021buire, c\u00e2nd nu fugi \u0219i nu te ba\u021bi, este modul normal, cel de zi cu zi, de echilibru, c\u00e2nd resursele sunt \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bite c\u0103tre sistemele imunitar, digestiv, de vindecare \u0219i reproducere. Aici respira\u021bia este lent\u0103 \u0219i calm\u0103, mu\u0219chii sunt relaxa\u021bi, inima func\u021bioneaz\u0103 standard, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t nici nu remarc\u0103m b\u0103t\u0103ile inimii.<\/p>\n<p>Ce leg\u0103tura are anxietatea cu leul? Are o leg\u0103tur\u0103 total\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Anxietatea este, de fapt, activarea sistemului de supravie\u021buire, de lupt\u0103 sau fug\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen alte cuvinte, c\u00e2nd suferi de anxietate, creierul t\u0103u crede c\u0103 tu e\u0219ti \u00eentr-o situa\u021bia de via\u021b\u0103 sau moarte, crede c\u0103 te lup\u021bi cu leul, \u0219i \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 te ajute activ\u00e2nd sistemul de fug\u0103 sau lupt\u0103, \u0219i redirec\u021bion\u00e2nd resursele corpului t\u0103u pentru a sus\u021bine acest sistem, pentru a te salva de la moarte.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><span style=\"color: var(--color-neutral-text-contrast);\">C\u00e2nd inima vrea s\u0103 ne ias\u0103 din piept \u0219i sim\u021bim c\u0103 ne sufoc\u0103m, credem c\u0103 nu putem respira, c\u0103 ne sufoc\u0103m \u0219i c\u0103 vom muri, dar este asta adev\u0103rat?
