Ca s\u0103 r\u0103spundem la aceasta \u00eentrebare, hai s\u0103 revedem ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 anxietatea, complet\u00e2nd ce \u0219tim p\u00e2n\u0103 acum.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"\"><p>Anxietatea este \u00een primul r\u00e2nd fric\u0103, starea de fric\u0103, iar apoi, ca urmare a acestei frici, anxietatea reprezint\u0103 activarea sistemului de supravie\u021buire, de lupt\u0103 sau fug\u0103.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"\">Exist\u0103 ceva negativ \u00een aceast\u0103 descriere a anxiet\u0103\u021bii? O reformulare ar fi: sim\u021bim fric\u0103, iar creierul activeaz\u0103 sistemul de supravie\u021buire. De ce activeaz\u0103 creierul sistemul de supravie\u021buire? Pentru a supravie\u021bui, bine\u00een\u021beles, pentru a evada din situa\u021bia de via\u021b\u0103 \u0219i moarte.<\/p>\n<p>Scopul creierului nu este s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi fac\u0103 r\u0103u, chiar dac\u0103 noi credem asta. \u00cen\u021bep\u0103turile la inima, aparenta lips\u0103 de oxigen, reprezint\u0103 modurile \u00een care creierul ne preg\u0103te\u0219te de lupt\u0103 sau fug\u0103. Cu siguran\u021b\u0103 aceste procese nu au ca scop s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi fac\u0103 \u021bie r\u0103u sau s\u0103 te omoare \u2013 creierul nu vrea s\u0103 se omoare pe sine sau pe tine.<\/p>\n<p>De fapt, aceste simptome le-ai \u00eent\u00e2lnit de multe ori \u00een via\u021ba ta, dar nu ai \u0219tiut c\u0103 \u00eenseamn\u0103 activarea sistemului de supravie\u021buire. De exemplu, dac\u0103 faci sport, atunci inima care bate puternic \u0219i respira\u021bia \u00eengreunat\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi sunt familiare, nu-i a\u0219a? Ei bine, c\u00e2nd faci sport \u0219i depui un nivel mai mare de efort, creierul activeaz\u0103 acela\u0219i instinct de supravie\u021buire ca \u0219i \u00een cazul anxiet\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>Nu exist\u0103 nici o diferen\u021b\u0103 \u00eentre a face sport la nivel de efort mare, respectiv a fugi de un leu \u2013 din punctul de vedere al creierului, tu ai nevoie de ajutor, \u0219i el te ajuta a\u0219a cum \u0219tie cel mai bine, redirec\u021bion\u00e2nd resursele ca tu s\u0103 ie\u0219i c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103tor\/e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Un alt exemplu c\u00e2nd ai mai tr\u0103it acest r\u0103spuns de supravie\u021buire a fost c\u00e2nd ai avut de vorbit \u00een public. Dac\u0103 e\u0219ti un om statistic normal, ca mine \u0219i ca majoritatea, atunci \u021bie \u0219i nou\u0103 ne este fric\u0103 de vorbitul \u00een public. Observi c\u0103 sunt acelea\u0219i simptome fizice, vorbim din nou de activarea instinctului de supravie\u021buire, c\u00e2nd creierul te ajut\u0103 s\u0103 faci fa\u021b\u0103 situa\u021biei.<\/p>\n<p>Dar pentru mul\u021bi dintre noi, nici m\u0103car nu e nevoie s\u0103 fim for\u021ba\u021bi s\u0103 vorbim \u00een public pentru a sim\u021bi fric\u0103 \u0219i a ne activa instinctul de supravie\u021buire. Dac\u0103 mergem la o petrecere, mul\u021bi dintre noi vom sim\u021bi timiditate, ne vom sim\u021bi ca \u0219i cum am fi privi\u021bi de c\u0103tre cei din jur. Ce face domnul Creier atunci? Activeaz\u0103 programul de supravie\u021buire, pentru a ne ajuta s\u0103 gestion\u0103m situa\u021bia.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0103 spunem c\u0103 circuli cu liftul, care tocmai s-a defectat \u0219i r\u0103m\u00e2i blocat\/\u0103 \u00een acel lift \u2013 ce vei sim\u021bi? Fric\u0103, plus activarea instinctului de supravie\u021buire, nu-i a\u0219a? Probabil chiar \u021bi s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat asta \u0219i nu doar o dat\u0103 \u00een via\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Observi c\u0103 ai experimentat de multe ori, poate de foarte multe ori \u00een via\u021ba ta activarea sistemului de supravie\u021buire, care se pare c\u0103 \u0219i-a f\u0103cut treaba \u2013 ai supravie\u021buit, nu-i a\u0219a?!<\/p>\n<p>Poate \u00eemi vei atrage aten\u021bia c\u0103 sportul, vorbitul \u00een public, mersul la o petrecere sau a r\u0103m\u00e2ne blocat\/\u0103 \u00een lift nu sunt \u00een realitate situa\u021bii de via\u021b\u0103 \u0219i moarte. De acord, la nivel con\u0219tient, dar la nivel incon\u0219tient creierul nu \u0219tie asta, \u0219i face tot posibilul s\u0103 te salveze.<\/p>\n<p>Nu ai nici un motiv s\u0103 te sperii de simptomele fizice, dat\u0103 viitoare c\u00e2nd le vei sim\u021bi \u2013 accelerarea ritmului cardiac, crampele stomacale, respira\u021bia aparent \u00eengreunat\u0103, tremuratul \u0219i transpiratul \u2013 sunt toate procese <strong><em>normale<\/em><\/strong>, a c\u0103ror scop este salvarea ta, nu eliminarea ta. Creierul nu vrea s\u0103 ne omoare, ci din potriv\u0103, ne ajut\u0103 s\u0103 ie\u0219im din situa\u021bia de pericol iminent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">\u00cen alte cuvinte: activarea instinctului de supravie\u021buire este normal\u0103, \u0219i scopul s\u0103u este s\u0103 ne ajute \u00een via\u021ba de zi cu zi. Nu vei muri din cauza activ\u0103rii acestui sistem, \u0219i la fel, nu vei muri din cauza anxiet\u0103\u021bii. De acum \u00eenainte nu mai ai de ce s\u0103 sim\u021bi fric\u0103 de simptomele fizice ale anxiet\u0103\u021bii, sunt normale, naturale, \u0219i le-ai \u00eent\u00e2lnit de multe, multe ori de-a lungul vie\u021bii.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"\">Nimeni nu a murit din cauza anxiet\u0103\u021bii, \u0219i nici tu nu vei muri din cauza anxiet\u0103\u021bii, a fricii sau a simptomelor fizice.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>De acum \u00eenainte, de c\u00e2te ori vei sim\u021bi simptomele descrise, vei analiza astfel: \u201eAcum m\u0103 doare inima \u0219i tremur. Ok, \u00eensemn\u0103 c\u0103 se activeaz\u0103 instinctul de supravie\u021buire. M\u0103 a\u0219tept s\u0103 respir greu, s\u0103 transpir. Dar at\u00e2t, nu are rost s\u0103 m\u0103 panichez. Activarea dureaz\u0103 c\u00e2teva minute, \u0219i apoi dispare. Pot s\u0103 m\u0103 distrag de la simptome f\u0103c\u00e2nd ceva, sp\u0103l\u00e2nd vase, urm\u0103rind un serial la televizor. Sau pot s\u0103 stau atent\/\u0103 la simptome, pentru c\u0103 <strong><em>nu<\/em><\/strong> mai \u00eemi este fric\u0103 de ele, \u0219tiu ca <strong><em>nu<\/em><\/strong> m\u0103 vor omor\u00ee. Dac\u0103 petrec timp analiz\u00e2nd simptomele cu curiozitate, dintr-o dat\u0103 nu mai simt fric\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de ele. \u00cenv\u0103\u021b s\u0103 \u00eemi cunosc corpul \u0219i reac\u021biile. Nu mai \u00eemi este fric\u0103 de corp \u0219i de mine. Ce bun\u0103 este via\u021ba mea acum\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ok, azi ai f\u0103cut o treab\u0103 foarte bun\u0103, ai \u00een\u021beles unul dintre cele mai importante concepte despre problema noastr\u0103, anume c\u0103 anxietatea \u00eenseamn\u0103 frica de moarte, iar creierul te protejeaz\u0103 de situa\u021bia iminent\u0103, prin activarea sistemului de supravie\u021buire fug\u0103 sau lupt\u0103. Aceast\u0103 activare nu se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 doar \u00een cazul anxiet\u0103\u021bii, ci \u0219i atunci c\u00e2nd faci sport, vorbe\u0219ti \u00een public, sau r\u0103m\u00e2i blocat\/\u0103 \u00een lift. Scopul instinctul de supravie\u021buire este&#8230; precum spune numele sau, s\u0103 te ajute s\u0103 supravie\u021buie\u0219ti.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Pan\u0103 acum ai crezut c\u0103 simptomele fizice sunt negative, \u0219i c\u0103 vei muri, dar este chiar invers. Simptomele fizice te ajut\u0103 s\u0103 faci fa\u021b\u0103 situa\u021biei, s\u0103 supravie\u021buie\u0219ti. Nimeni nu a murit din cauza anxiet\u0103\u021bii, \u0219i nici \u021bie nu \u021bi se va \u00eent\u00e2mpla nimic r\u0103u.<\/p>\n<p>Felicit\u0103ri pentru pasul t\u0103u mare de azi, \u021bi-ai clarificat perspectiva asupra anxiet\u0103\u021bii \u0219i observi c\u0103 lucrurile sunt mai simple \u0219i mai pozitive dec\u00e2t credeai.
