Locuiesc la ora\u0219, iau metroul, \u0219i nu am v\u0103zut nici un leu, am verificat chiar!<\/p>\n<p>Ai verificat, dar leul este mereu \u00een spatele t\u0103u. Nu este nevoie ca leul s\u0103 existe \u00een exteriorul t\u0103u, \u00een via\u021ba real\u0103 \u2013 este de ajuns ca s\u0103 existe \u00een interiorul t\u0103u, \u00een mintea ta, \u0219i creierul se va comporta ca \u0219i cum ar fi \u00een carne \u0219i oase \u00een fa\u021ba ta. Cum reu\u0219e\u0219ti totu\u0219i s\u0103 \u00eel creezi pe leu \u0219i \u00eel sperii pe domnul Creier?<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Procesul este simplu, \u0219i probabil ai auzit despre el, se nume\u0219te: <strong><em>tr\u0103irea \u00een viitor<\/em><\/strong>. Ce facem noi, este s\u0103 aducem leul \u00een via\u021ba noastr\u0103 cu puterea unui simplu g\u00e2nd \u2013 sau mai bine zis, cu puterea de a repeta obsesiv g\u00e2nduri \u00eendreptate c\u0103tre viitor.<\/p>\n<p>Exist\u0103 trei timpuri la care ne raport\u0103m, trecut, prezent \u0219i viitor. Ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 c\u00e2nd g\u00e2ndurile se repet\u0103 obsesiv c\u0103tre\/despre trecut, de exemplu: \u201eTrebuia s\u0103 fi ales o alt\u0103 facultate\u201d, \u201eTrebuia s\u0103 m\u0103 c\u0103s\u0103toresc mai t\u00e2rziu\u201d, \u201eAr fi trebuit s\u0103 plec din \u021bar\u0103\u201d? Dup\u0103 cum \u00ee\u021bi imaginezi, c\u00e2nd g\u00e2ndurile se repet\u0103 \u00een direc\u021bia trecut, atunci revizit\u0103m \u201ee\u0219ecurile\u201d deciziilor noastre \u0219i c\u0103dem \u00eentr-o stare ad\u00e2nc\u0103 de triste\u021be, sup\u0103rare \u0219i depresie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 c\u00e2nd g\u00e2ndurile se repet\u0103 obsesiv, de data` aceasta direc\u021bionate c\u0103tre viitor? De exemplu, \u201e\u0218eful nu m\u0103 place, m\u0103 va da afar\u0103 \u0219i voi ajunge pe str\u0103zi\u201d, \u201ePe copilul meu nu \u00eel intereseaz\u0103 \u0219coala, va ajunge s\u0103rac \u0219i lucr\u0103tor \u00een fabric\u0103\u201d, sau \u201eAm \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nit prea tare, nimeni nu m\u0103 va mai iubi \u0219i voi muri singur\/\u0103\u201d. Ce sim\u021bi \u00een urma acestor g\u00e2nduri? Sim\u021bi o fric\u0103 profund\u0103, sim\u021bi c\u0103 se va \u00eent\u00e2mpla numai r\u0103u, \u0219i c\u0103 sub o form\u0103 sau alta vei <strong><em>muri<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Acesta este leul din via\u021ba ta. Imagina\u021bia, g\u00e2ndul orientat c\u0103tre viitor, un viitor negru \u00een care vei muri singur\/\u0103, s\u0103rac\/\u0103 \u0219i neiubit\/\u0103 de nimeni este ceea ce domnul Creier interpreteaz\u0103 \u2013 pe buna dreptate \u2013 ca o situa\u021bie de via\u021b\u0103 \u0219i moarte, \u0219i \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 te salveze.<\/p>\n<p>Vei spune ca leul este real iar imagina\u021bia ireal\u0103: poate, din unele puncte de vedere, dar pentru creier, \u00een acest context,<strong><em> imagina\u021bia ta este c\u00e2t se poate de real\u0103<\/em><\/strong>. Nu este nevoie ca leul s\u0103 fie \u00een fa\u021ba ta \u2013 cu un singur g\u00e2nd po\u021bi s\u0103 \u00eei transmi\u021bi creierului c\u0103 e\u0219ti \u00een primejdie \u0219i c\u0103 ai nevoie s\u0103 te salveze.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e2teva dintre g\u00e2ndurile care sunt percepute ca o situa\u021bie de via\u021b\u0103-moarte, \u0219i care declan\u0219eaz\u0103 sistemul de supravie\u021buire lupt\u0103 sau fug\u0103 sunt urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"\">\n<li>\u201e\u00cemi este fric\u0103 s\u0103 urc cu liftul\u201d \u2013 Am auzit pe cineva care s-a pr\u0103bu\u0219it cu un lift vechi \u0219i a <em>murit<\/em><\/li>\n<li>\u201eNu pot s\u0103 dorm de fric\u0103 de COVID\u201d \u2013 Sunt \u00eenconjurat\/\u0103 de prieteni \u0219i rude, dintre care c\u00e2\u021biva au murit de COVID, nu vreau s\u0103 <em>mor<\/em> \u0219i eu<\/li>\n<li>\u201eMi-e fric\u0103 c\u0103 nu m\u0103 pot controla, ca m\u0103 voi arunca sub metrou\u201d \u2013 C\u00e2nd am un atac de panic\u0103 pierd controlul \u0219i nu vreau s\u0103 m\u0103 arunc sub tren, s\u0103 <em>mor<\/em><\/li>\n<li>\u201eM\u0103 doare pieptul \u0219i \u00eemi amor\u021be\u0219te bra\u021bul, cred c\u0103 voi muri\u201d \u2013 Chiar dac\u0103 am fost la to\u021bi doctorii \u0219i mi-au spus ca sunt s\u0103n\u0103tos\/\u0103, nu \u00eei cred. Imediat ce apar senza\u021biile corporale cred ca am un atac de cord \u0219i c\u0103 voi <em>muri<\/em><\/li>\n<li>\u201eDac\u0103 m\u0103 p\u0103r\u0103se\u0219te iubi, via\u021ba mea va fi distrus\u0103\u201d \u2013 F\u0103r\u0103 iubi via\u021ba mea nu are sens, voi <em>muri<\/em><\/li>\n<li>\u201eNu am curaj s\u0103 \u00eei cer \u0219efului m\u0103rirea pe care cred ca o merit\u201d \u2013 De c\u00e2nd eram mic\/\u0103 eram timid\/\u0103 \u0219i nu aveam curaj s\u0103 cer nim\u0103nui nimic. Mai bine <em>mor<\/em> dec\u00e2t lupt pentru mine<\/li>\n<li>\u201eMi-ar place s\u0103 vorbesc \u00een public, dar mi se topesc genunchii \u0219i mi se usuc\u0103 g\u00e2tul chiar \u0219i c\u00e2nd vorbesc doar \u00eentre colegii de la birou\u201d \u2013 Mi-ar place s\u0103 fiu pe scena s\u0103 m\u0103 vad\u0103 lumea, dar paralizez c\u00e2nd v\u0103d oamenii c\u0103 se a\u0219teapt\u0103 de la mine s\u0103 aud\u0103 ceva de valoare. A\u0219 <em>muri<\/em> dac\u0103 m-ar for\u021ba cineva s\u0103 vorbesc \u00een public.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ce observi la toate aceste g\u00e2nduri? Finalitatea, c\u00e2t de optimist\u0103 este finalitatea? Toate proiec\u021biile \u00een viitor se termin\u0103 \u00een \u201emoarte\u201d, \u00een \u201ea muri\u201d. Cum atunci s\u0103 nu se activeze instinctul de supravie\u021buire, s\u0103 nu \u00eencerce s\u0103 te \u021bin\u0103 \u00een via\u021b\u0103? \u00cen\u021belegi? Creierul este prietenul t\u0103u, \u0219i este al\u0103turi de tine c\u00e2nd tu \u00eei transmi\u021bi c\u0103 vei \u201emuri\u201d prin g\u00e2ndurile repetate orientate c\u0103tre viitor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Dac\u0103 tr\u0103itul \u00een viitor, g\u00e2ndurile repetitive despre viitor ne declan\u0219eaz\u0103 frica, anxietatea, atunci ce putem facem? Ce putem face este s\u0103 c\u0103utam s\u0103 st\u0103m c\u00e2t mai mult \u00een prezent.
