Hai s\u0103 vedem urm\u0103toarele scenarii.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">De ce facem noi lucrurile pe care le facem, \u00een via\u021ba de zi cu zi, \u00een mod normal?<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">De exemplu, de ce mergi la lucru? Mai mult de 60% din oamenii de pe \u00eentreaga planet\u0103 au o p\u0103rere negativ\u0103 despre job, nu sunt satisf\u0103cu\u021bi de acel loc.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Poate au colegi enervan\u021bi, poate presiunea este prea mare, poate lucreaz\u0103 cu clien\u021bi pe care nu \u00eei agreeaz\u0103. Fiecare are motivele sale bine \u00eentemeiate de ce nu le place la job. Dac\u0103 e\u0219ti ca mine \u0219i ca ei, atunci poate \u0219i tu sim\u021bi negativ despre locul de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">De ce mergi totu\u0219i la job? De ce faci ceva care nu \u00ee\u021bi place? Pentru c\u0103&#8230; TREBUIE. Nu-i a\u0219a? Asta ne spunem noi: TREBUIE s\u0103 merg la job. Care e problema cu a observa astfel realitatea? Ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 c\u00e2nd spunem TREBUIE?<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">De exemplu, avem urm\u0103torul scenariu: \u201eTREBUIE s\u0103 m\u0103 trezesc m\u00e2ine la 5 diminea\u021ba s\u0103 alerg\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Ce sim\u021bi? Oamenii r\u0103spund la scenariul acesta de obicei ca: \u201cTREBUIE s\u0103 fac sport, ca sl\u0103besc 10 kilograme, ca s\u0103 arat bine la nunt\u0103.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Dar nu asta era \u00eentrebarea. \u00centrebarea era: Ce sim\u021bi? Emo\u021bie. Cum te sim\u021bi \u00een corp, c\u00e2nd spui: \u201cTREBUIE s\u0103 m\u0103 trezesc la 5 diminea\u021ba pe frig \u0219i \u00eentuneric, s\u0103 alerg?\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Probabil sim\u021bi tensiune, umerii \u00eencorda\u021bi \u0219i apleca\u021bi, o tensiune \u00een corp, fa\u021ba se contract\u0103\/contract, poate chiar ai o durere de cap inexplicabil\u0103. ASTA sim\u021bim c\u00e2nd spunem TREBUIE!<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">\u00ce\u021bi place asta? Cu siguran\u021b\u0103 nu! De fiecare dat\u0103 c\u00e2nd \u00eel aducem pe zeul Trebuie in via\u021ba noastr\u0103, sim\u021bim durere psihic\u0103 cat si durere fizic\u0103.
