Aceste g\u00e2nduri repetitive negative au leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu via\u021ba de zi cu zi, \u0219i mai ales cu <strong><em>persoanele<\/em><\/strong> cu care interac\u021bion\u0103m. S-ar putea s\u0103 sim\u021bi fric\u0103 de viitor pentru c\u0103 nu ai \u00eencredere \u00een cei care conduc ora\u0219ul \u0219i \u021bara \u00een care tr\u0103ie\u0219ti, s-ar putea sim\u021bi fric\u0103 \u00een fiecare diminea\u021b\u0103 \u00eenainte s\u0103 mergi la lucru pentru c\u0103 ai un \u0219ef sau colegi abuzivi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Nu am putea s\u0103 gestion\u0103m anxietatea, dac\u0103 nu am trata una dintre cele mai importante cauze ale anxiet\u0103\u021bii, anume rela\u021biile interumane. Pentru asta, folosim <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Karpman_drama_triangle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">modelul Karpman<\/a>, denumit <span style=\"color: #ee2277;\">Triunghiul dramei<\/span>. \u00ce\u021bi imaginezi un triunghi cu v\u00e2rful \u00een jos, v\u00e2rf care reprezint\u0103 pozi\u021bia lipsit\u0103 de putere: victima, iar cele dou\u0103 unghiuri sus reprezint\u0103 pozi\u021biile de putere: abuzatorul \u0219i salvatorul.<\/p>\n<h4>Abuzatorul<\/h4>\n<p class=\"\">Tu ai venit la mine \u00een calitate de victim\u0103, pentru c\u0103 ai fost agresat\/\u0103 de un abuzator. \u00cen cazul Sorinei, ea este zilnic supus\u0103 abuzului verbal din partea so\u021bului, a mamei \u0219i a soacrei: \u201enu \u0219tii s\u0103 faci nimic\u201d, \u201enu \u0219tii s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi cre\u0219ti copii\u201d, \u201enu e\u0219ti o mam\u0103 \u00abbun\u0103\u00bb\u201d. Acesta este limbajul abuzatorului, care se pozi\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00eentr-o pozi\u021bie de superioritate victimei, \u0219i este mereu preg\u0103tit s\u0103 \u00eei aduc\u0103 aminte de inferioritatea sa prin expresiile \u201enu \u0219tii s\u0103&#8230;\u201d, \u201enu \u0219tii ce \u00abtrebuie\u00bb\u201d. Solu\u021bia o ofer\u0103 tot abuzatorul \u201e\u00abTrebuie\u00bb s\u0103 faci X\u201d, \u201e\u00abTrebuie\u00bb s\u0103 faci cum zic eu\u201d!<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Abuzatorul iube\u0219te s\u0103 dea ordine, \u0219i chiar crede c\u0103 are \u201edreptate\u201d. C\u00e2nd victima nu execut\u0103 ordinele, va fi primul care va arunca cu \u201evina\u201d: \u201eeste vina ta\u201d, \u201etrebuia s\u0103 m\u0103 ascul\u021bi\u201d. Abuzatorul te critic\u0103: \u201enu \u0219tii s\u0103 faci nimic\u201d, te \u00eenvinov\u0103\u021be\u0219te: \u201ee doar vina ta\u201d, te controleaz\u0103: \u201etrebuie s\u0103 faci cum zic eu\u201d, are o atitudine superioar\u0103: \u201eeu \u0219tiu cum trebuie, tu nu\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Exemplu este managerul la lucru care d\u0103 vina pe tine pentru insatisfac\u021bia unui client, \u00een familie so\u021bul d\u0103 vina pe tine pentru c\u0103 nu ai parcat unde \u201etrebuia\u201d, pentru c\u0103 nu \u0219tii s\u0103 \u00eembraci copilul cum \u201etrebuie\u201d, de fapt \u201enu \u0219tii s\u0103 faci \u00abnimic\u00bb\u201d. Iar dac\u0103 \u021bi se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 ceva r\u0103u, \u00ee\u0219i va ar\u0103ta \u201eempatia\u201d spun\u00e2ndu-\u021bi \u201emeritai asta, vezi dac\u0103 nu ai f\u0103cut ce am spus eu, dac\u0103 nu ai f\u0103cut ce \u00abtrebuie\u00bb?\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Observi aici sursa suferin\u021bei despre care noi am vorbim mult, foarte mult. Abuzatorul s-a n\u0103scut cu \u201etrebuie\u201d \u00een gur\u0103 \u2013 de fapt el chiar se identific\u0103 cu zeul Trebuie, chiar crede c\u0103 are acces la un adev\u0103r universal. Folosirea lui \u201etrebuie\u201d garanteaz\u0103 suferin\u021ba, \u0219i garanteaz\u0103 \u0219i pozi\u021bia de superioritate \u2013 victima doar poate s\u0103 execute ordinele zeului abuzator.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">De ce le place oamenilor pozi\u021bia de abuzator? Pentru c\u0103 \u00eensemn\u0103 putere maxim\u0103, regret minim. Un abuzator nu sufer\u0103 de ru\u0219ine ca tine sau ca mine, pentru c\u0103 abuzatorul nu gre\u0219e\u0219te <em>niciodat\u0103<\/em>, are solu\u021bii pentru orice, de la fotbal, politic\u0103 \u0219i poezie, p\u00e2n\u0103 la cre\u0219terea copiilor, vaccinuri \u0219i r\u0103zboi.<\/p>\n<p>Ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 c\u00e2nd un abuzator este descoperit? Acesta \u00ee\u0219i schimb\u0103 imediat rolul \u00een victim\u0103 \u0219i acuz\u0103 victima c\u0103 ar fi abuzatoare: \u201eEu te persecut? Nici pe departe, tu m\u0103 acuzi de tot felul de lucruri, dar eu doar \u00ee\u021bi vreau binele. Tu e\u0219ti abuzatorul, nu eu!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>S-ar putea c\u0103 tu pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 mul\u021bii t\u0103i abuzatori, s\u0103 realizezi c\u0103 poate \u0219i tu folose\u0219ti \u201etrebuie\u201d \u00een aproape fiecare propozi\u021bie, \u0219i c\u0103 poate \u0219i tu joci des rolul de abuzator. Dac\u0103 acesta este cazul, \u0219i dac\u0103 dore\u0219ti s\u0103 minimizezi acest rol, vom vorbi mai t\u00e2rziu despre cum s\u0103 faci asta.<\/p>\n<p>Recuno\u0219ti modelul de abuzator? Ai \u0219i tu acas\u0103 \u0219i la servici a\u0219a ceva?
