A venit salvarea de 3 ori \u0219i mi-a zis c\u0103 nu \u00eel am, dar mie tot nu \u00eemi dispare teama \u0219i tot timpul sunt agitat\u0103 \u0219i panicat\u0103. Oarecum cred c\u0103 confund simptomele anxiet\u0103\u021bii cu cele de virus.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Andrei<\/strong>: <em>M\u0103 confrunt cu probleme fizice de natur\u0103 artrozic\u0103 cervical\u0103, senza\u021bie de presiune \u00een zona cefei, ame\u021beli, senza\u021bie de vom\u0103, lips\u0103 de apetit, insomnie, obsesii pentru lucruri minore \u2013 de exemplu, o discu\u021bie mai aprins\u0103, \u00eencep s\u0103 respir greu, gura mi se usuc\u0103. Plec cu greu de acas\u0103, uneori cu frica de r\u0103u pe strad\u0103, tremor, iau Xanax, am stare de tensiune, nu m\u0103 pot relaxa.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Raluca<\/strong>: <em>Nu dorm noaptea mai deloc, de vreo 2 ani mi-e frica s\u0103 dorm, iar c\u00e2nd m\u0103 trezesc sunt agitat\u0103, inima \u00eemi bate parca m\u0103 ia cu le\u0219inul, la stomac simt un gol, aud tot felul de g\u00e2nduri, simt c\u0103 m\u0103 sufoc, nu am aer, simt c\u0103 mor, c\u0103 sunt bolnav\u0103, nu \u0219tiu ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Magdalena<\/strong>: <em>Adorm foarte greu, mintea mea fiind ocupat\u0103 cu tot felul de griji. Sunt irascibil\u0103, nu am \u00eencredere \u00een sine \u2013 cu toate c\u0103 to\u021bi apropia\u021bii m\u0103 cred o persoan\u0103 foarte puternic\u0103 \u0219i \u00eencrez\u0103toare.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cristi<\/strong>: S<em>unt bulversat, nu m\u0103 reg\u0103sesc, am ritm cardiac m\u0103rit, dureri de cap, dureri \u00een piept, atacuri de panic\u0103, g\u00e2ndire negativ\u0103, emo\u021bii la orice \u00eent\u00e2mplare minor\u0103.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Eliza<\/strong>: <em>M\u0103 confrunt cu o stare de nelini\u0219te, simt o lips\u0103 de aer, m\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc la tot felul de prostii. Am f\u0103cut raze la pl\u0103m\u00e2ni, analize la urin\u0103 \u0219i nu m-au g\u0103sit cu nimic 3 doctori diferi\u021bi. Transpir, obosesc \u0219i simt c\u0103 nu am aer.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Georgiana<\/strong>: <em>Am fost diagnosticat\u0103 cu tulburare depresiv anxioas\u0103 major\u0103. Mi s-a prescris Seroxat \u0219i Mirzaten. Problema este c\u0103 de 6 zile am ni\u0219te efecte adverse groaznice, parc\u0103 nu mai sunt eu. \u00cemi vine s\u0103 stau doar \u00een pat.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e2t de mult te reg\u0103se\u0219ti \u00een descrierile acestea?<\/p>\n<p>Florica spune ca nu poate dormi dec\u00e2t trei ore pe noapte. Tu c\u00e2te ore dormi pe noapte? \u00cen rest ce faci? Stai, te zv\u00e2rcole\u0219ti, te ui\u021bi pe tavan \u0219i te cople\u0219esc g\u00e2ndurile, unul mai negru dec\u00e2t cel\u0103lalt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Poate ai COVID? Poate vine r\u0103zboiul peste noi? Dar cu pensia, ce vei face? Ca \u0219i Raluca, e\u0219ti terorizat\/<em>\u0103<\/em> de posibilele viitoruri, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t parc\u0103 nici nu mai ai curaj s\u0103 mergi la culcare.<\/p>\n<p>Cu fiecare noapte nedormit\u0103, mai adaugi o c\u0103r\u0103mid\u0103 la zidul care te \u00eenconjoar\u0103 \u0219i te izoleaz\u0103 \u2013 devii tot mai irascibil\/\u0103 ca \u0219i Magdalena, nu prea mai supor\u021bi oamenii, dar nici pe tine parca nu te mai supor\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Nu te mai po\u021bi concentra at\u00e2t de mult la lucrurile de zi cu zi, mintea \u00ee\u021bi este plin\u0103 de \u00eengrijor\u0103ri, plute\u0219ti parc\u0103 \u00eentr-o mare de nelini\u0219te.<\/p>\n<p>Ca \u0219i cum nu ar fi de ajuns ca e\u0219ti la p\u0103m\u00e2nt cu partea psihologic\u0103, \u0219i corpul \u00ee\u021bi ia razna: respiri greu, nu te po\u021bi relaxa, tremuri, ai un gol \u00een stomac \u0219i parc\u0103 nu mai po\u021bi respira, te sufoci. Inima \u00ee\u021bi bate \u00een piept de parc\u0103 te urm\u0103re\u0219te cineva, te doare capul, ai parte de celebrele atacuri de panic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Ca \u0219i Eliza, ai fost la doctori \u0219i fiecare te-a asigurat c\u0103 e\u0219ti s\u0103n\u0103tos\/\u0103, ca nu ai nimic \u2013 cu toate c\u0103 tu \u0219tii c\u0103 nu este a\u0219a. \u021ai-au spus c\u0103 suferi de ceva, te-au trimis la psihiatru s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi dea pastile. Ai fost o oi\u021b\u0103 cuminte \u0219i ai urmat sfatul doctorului, iar acum, ca \u0219i Georgiana, ai efecte secundare \u201egroaznice\u201d, \u00ee\u021bi vine s\u0103 stai doar \u00een pat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Parc\u0103 nu e\u0219ti tu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Dac\u0103 \u021bi s-au \u00eent\u00e2mplat \u0219i \u021bie lucrurile acestea, a\u0219a cum mi s-au \u00eent\u00e2mplat \u0219i mie \u0219i cum trecem fiecare m\u0103car o dat\u0103 \u00een via\u021ba prin asta, atunci \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 \u0219i tu ai suferit, \u0219i \u00eenc\u0103 povestea nu s-a terminat. <strong><em>\u00cenc\u0103<\/em><\/strong>, pentru ca acum ai f\u0103cut pasul cel mare, pasul care \u00een sf\u00e2r\u0219it te va elibera de mult stimata doamn\u0103 Anxietate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Continuarea o gase\u0219ti \u00een episodul urm\u0103tor.
